Old Orchard Beach Vacation Rental

Cutest motel ever! Positive: Cutest motel ever! I found more than what I ask for a motel that’s why I gave 10points. They deserve it. It was clean, easy enterance, safe, cute modern design rooms. Close to the beach and CHEAP! Please rate places after you rate how much you paid. Thank you Marvin Garden I will definitely coming back. Negative: Maybe they can update faucet. Rest was more than expected.

Positive: Ann (maintenance lady) was extremely hospitable. Super nice, very easy to talk to. When we were leaving, she even remembered about my fiance being pregnant with our first child. Room was very clean, no issues at all. I really don’t see how people could have bad reviews about this place. Pool was clean also. Quiet, and perfect location. I will 110% be staying here again when we return to OOB.

Cute and Cozy! Positive: The overall set up was very cozy, close to the beach and clean. The beds were comfy, AC worked great. We will definitely be returning! Best free toiletries out of any stay I've had in the area, we received feminine products, his and hers deodorant, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We didn't use the pool but could tell it was well kept and clean. We had a lovely run in with the owner and she was very respectful and cared a lot about our experience! Negative: The only thing we did not love was the bathroom. The shower was very small with no shelves to hold out soaps, there was no trashcan in the bathroom which was not a big deal but would have been convenient. There was also not much counter space in bathroom for toothbrushes, hairbrushes, makeup bags etc. Still a good clean space and we made it work for the two of us.

will return...it was our second year. Positive: Clean, walkable to the beach...about 10 minutes. Pool was nice, staff was responsive and friendly. Covered basic needs with small kids and beach fun. Negative: Could have use a couple more towels
